Fees and Billing
BWMG’s standard fees are based on a sliding scale related to investable assets starting at 1% on the first million dollars and 0.5% thereafter with further reductions over $5 million and over $10 million. Our fees are billed each quarter and commence at the beginning of the quarter that the planning process is initiated. There is no minimum term for BWMG’s engagement.BWMG charges clients at each asset level the same fee regardless of the investment solution. BWMG accepts no trailer fees, fee rebates, commissions, or consideration of any kind directly or indirectly from financial Product Providers. BWMG will routinely ask for reduced fees on behalf of clients in order to reduce our clients’ cost of managing their investments. All Product Providers have the opportunity to make their offerings as attractive to BWMG clients as they choose.
